◆ The design of the oil block with built-in thermostat has been improved & updated, and the oil flow path has been reviewed to optimize the flow rate at low and high temperatures.

◆ Use factory replacement oil filter or matching GReddy oil filter per application.
* Oil filters with an outer diameter of Φ80 or less, O-ring inner diameters of Φ52 or more ~ outer diameters of Φ76 or less can be installed.

◆ Optional Oil block STD high type 12401194 is a 20mm high mount type of oil block STD. Compared to the spacer type, the installation work has been simplified, and the weight has been reduced. In addition, by making the mounting surface Φ70, it is possible to accommodate special mounting seating surfaces.
* Except for the lift-up part, it has the same design as the oil block STD. Please pay attention to the surrounding clearance.

GReddy (GREX) Oil Cooler Kits Update

   * Now with removable GReddy -10 AN M18xP1.5 Inlet / Outlet Fittings

You will begin to notice that there is a slight change in some of those icon blue GReddy oil cooler cores found in our universal and application-specific GReddy Oil Coolers Kits.  The oil cooler core's AN inlet and outlet on all new newly manufactured GReddy Oil Coolers and Oil Cooler Kits may now have updated with removable (GReddy p/n 12005103, same fitting commonly found on GREX Oil Block Adapters) -10 AN gold  O-ringed-M18 x P1.5 fittings as a "running change" (no change to part numbers).
The core continue to have our proprietary "inner fin" cooling technology and are still available in 10, 13 and 16 row sizes.

- This also means the inlet and/or outlet -10 AN fitting can be changed to optional -8 AN p/n 12005110 or -12 AN 12005112 fittings.

Although there is a slight (+7mm) change in overall height because of the removable fittings, existing kits will be adapted (if necessary.)  figure 1.

Designed specifically for custom applications with 2JZ engine transplants, the GReddy 2JZ Pro Surge Tank Kit offers the versatility to best match the throttle-body inlet angle and vacuum/air ports for your engine bay. This Pro kit includes 4.0l tank capacity with a large 90mm throttle-body, and top feed fuel rail, and necessary weld-on flanges. For additional rigidity during high boost applications, it uses thick 3mm formed metal tank that is welded to a precision machined, grooved base, with six individual, internal velocity-stacks. Also pre-welded are the tuned primary runners and CNC machined, intake manifold flange with fuel injector ports. Another key feature is the unique, purpose-built  fuel-resist, ring-type gaskets that seal the manifold to the head.

Product Release - GReddy Racing Lug Nuts

GReddy Racing Lug Nuts are lightweight, high grade, hard-anodized, precision CNC 7075 aluminum alloy, wheel lug nuts. These metric fasteners are available in the most popular M12xP1.25 or M12xP1.5 threads, to fit most Asian imports.  They are designed with a 60 degree tapered cone seat required by aftermarket wheel brands.

The Short (L 40mm) close-ended style fastener features a knurled texture. This detail is ideal for starting the threads by hand and reducing the chances of stripped threads.  The GReddy Racing Lug Nuts fit 19mm sockets and have an overall width diameter of 25mm.  The durable, hard anodized black finish is accented by a laser-etched GReddy logo with thread size on the side and finished off with the GReddy Racing GR logo on the cap.  Packaged in sets of 4, makes it easy to order 4 packs for 4-lug bolt patterns and 5 packs for 5-lug bolt patterns.

GReddy at the 2016 Tokyo Auto Salon

The GReddy team kicks off 2016 with a Tokyo Auto Salon  "Award for Excellence" in the Tuning Car Category for the TRUST turbocharged Mazda ND MX5.

The ND Miata debuted the new Pandem aero kit designed by TRA Kyoto's Mr. Miura.
And under the hood was a prototype GReddy Turbo Kit for the 1.5L JDM spec engine.

Another standout from this year's TAS, was the preview of our next evolution of the GReddy Composite Meter Series, that will be available later this year.  (more info. to come...)

The second car in the 2016 TRUST/GReddy TAS booth was a GReddy Turbocharged BRZ featuring some the latest FR-S/86/BRZ GReddy products, including the new FR-S/86/BRZ Trust Racing 6 speed Dog box transmission set.

2016 booth activities included Q&A sessions with GReddy driver's Ken Gushi and Masato Kawabata regarding their experiences driving the GReddy drift R35 and 86 for the Hakone II Drift Attack videos.

Outside the convention hall was the D1GP Series Kick Off Drift Demo.  2015 Drift Champion, Kawabata wowed the TAS crowds in the Team TOYO TIRES Drift - TRUST Racing 35RX SpecD GT-R

 Profec MAP - Electronic Boost Controller Expansion Module 

The GReddyProfec MAP connects to the current GReddy Profec and, through boost maps, provides even finer control over your vehicle’s boost pressure. Boost correction is not the only added function in the addition of the Profec MAP! The following features have been added:

- All parameter settings can be set by PC via USB cable (sold separately)

- Display Gear Position, Speed, RPM, Engine Temp and Throttle Position
- Backlight dimming and scramble boost switching functions

This unit brings out the full performance of the GReddy Profec through its high-level functions that results in a more advanced boost ■PC Connection
By using the USB cable (sold separately) and connecting to a PC all parameter settings and data logging features can be accessed.
